A pioneer of the clean beauty movement, Rose-Marie Swift is the founder and the spirit of the brand. A master makeup artist for over 30 years, her lightbulb moment was realizing that cosmetics could be made with better, safer ingredients while simultaneously making women more beautiful. Bold, authentic and unwavering in her quest for innovative clean ingredients that perform, she launched RMS in 2009 to clean up the industry and set a higher standard for beauty.

Return Policy

We at RMS want all our customers to be thrilled with our products, so if you have an issue with your purchase, we will do our best to work with you to solve your issue.

We strive to offer a hassle-free return policy! If you would like to return an unused or gently used product for a refund or exchange within 60 days of purchase, please email our support team at customerservice@rmsbeauty.com. Please note we do not refund original shipping fees.
A member of our customer service team will review your request and notify you of next steps. In certain instances, we require physical receipt of the returned product prior to approval and issuance of a refund or exchange. If we require you to send your product back to us, you are responsible for all shipping charges necessary to send the product to RMS headquarters in Charleston, South Carolina. If we do not receive your returned product within thirty (30) days of our initial response to your return or exchange request, we will assume you no longer desire to return the product and will close your request. A closed request will not be reopened.

In all circumstances, the approval of any return or exchange is at the complete discretion of RMS. Return or exchange requests received more than 60 days from purchase will not be accepted for any reason.
